I started writing mid summer 2005 one Sunday afternoon. I think it’s fair to say that as a child I had no intentions of being a writer when I grew up. During my twenties I studied unarmed combat and many different styles of fighting along with going to the gym and spending many hours swimming, shooting, climbing and walking, basically keeping fit. I think everybody has the ability to have a true skill that they will excel at.
My dad was a master cabinet maker so building came naturally to me which came in handy many years later. I had a successful building company for many years until my back decided that enough was enough and packed in. It took over two and a half years to recover from this in which time I wrote Evolution Serum and completed Chasing Stone.
Things have calmed down a bit now and life is good, I enjoy writing and have plenty more thrillers to write over the coming years. I hope you enjoy reading my books and please feel free to e.mail me if you have any questions.
I now live in Scotland with my wife Sheila and two dogs, Yogi and Ben.
Chasing Stone is now being entered into the Galaxy book awards.
